• Choose a planting spot in full sun and well-drained soil.
• Plant the bulbs on their sides, 3” (8 cm) deep and 12-14” (30-35 cm) apart.
• Place it against a wall with a trellis so that it can climb freely.
• Water thoroughly after planting.

• After flowering, the leaves should be allowed to die down. The leaves will gather sunlight and provide nourishment for next year's show.
• Gloriosa are not winter hardy and need to be dug up after the first frost.
• Store cool 60° F (16° C) in a box on a bed of moist peat moss, in a dry area.
